Getting up at 8 am to get ready for Globesville is worth the early walk up call. Globesville is a hands on production show. It is the student run web channel that has shows run live for an hour long, 24 live re-runs on the website (Globesville.com). This is where you will see the different type of people of NYIT. This web channel provides news of the school and the world. Also, giving updates on video games, NYIT Sports, and professional sports. The creators of this class, Don Fizzignola and James Fauvell, are the professors that you want in a college. Besides this class being a hands on class and giving you real life practice, it provides you with good friends and memorable moments that you will want to brag about.

Pangea Gaming- Gives you the latest trending games and technology. Hosts Tyler Gortakowski and Corey Gomillion give the audience a “page turner” type of show. Their show is hilarious and educational in the tech world. Tyler and Corey are a great match for each other to host a show like this. They provided game plays on the live show. Also, including facts about what’s new in the tech world. With both of the hosts being Grad students, it gives them a “Gandalf” persona, being older and full of knowledge. Knowing about video games that some people of this generation will not know about. Informing people about the new video games ad how to play them as well.

Pangea Sports- Focuses on NYIT sports as well as the most exciting professional sport games of the week. Captains Shannon Duer, Sofia Evangelista, and Trisha Serras are the hosts of the Pangea Sports. Behind the glass, Frank Valentino, is the director of Pangea sports. He also happens to be the captain of the NYIT baseball team. Lets not forget our up and coming artist, Pete Athanasopoulos, who is the host of our professional segment, giving students the informative states of games. Pangea sports has a segment called “For Petes Sake”. Our hosts break down the funniest moments in professional sports. This show is for those who like to keep up on the world of sports at NYIT.

Campus news-
Campus news is the most informative show of all the shows. Hosts Amanda Hinds, Maylan Studart, and Erica Brandt give students the rundown of what’s going on at our NYIT campus. Aside from informing us about our school news, the show also provides outside world news. They are informative on what’s going around us and help us stay updated while our faces are focused on our textbooks and school work.
